RMUS.MSG couldn't found

Hello,

I had installed the designer 4.6 on an existing Oracle 9 version in a second oracle home with the required Oracle 8 components. I also could install the repository after installing designer.

But I couldn't working with designer. By each action, which I try, the following message appears after a few seconds:

I searched the wanted file on my pc, but I couldn't found them. What should I do??
