RMI protocol = session time out error Plus/Viewer connection

I had installed database and 9iAs Rel 2 full options on a single laptop - win 2000 and 1GRam.

I am unable to connect using Disco viewer/plus from browser.

The error messages are -

Unable to connect to the Oracle Discoverer application server:
Attempt 1: RMI protocol over JRMP transport:
Session has timed out. Please log in again.

Attempt 2: RMI protocol over http transport: Session
has time out. Please log in again.
