RMI problem: SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

We have a RMI problem, the RMI client sometimes(NOT always happen) can't connect the the server side, the exception details are:

Caused by: java.rmi.ConnectIOException: error during JRMP connection establishment; nested exception is:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
