RMI in a pocket pc

Hello form Spain

I try to run RMI in a pocket pc in order to comunicate it to a server.

I don't if it is possible and I would like that someone can tell me what I should do

In addition, I don't know what IDE is more suitable to develop my application (Websphere, Netbeans, etc)

Also, I have an another question because I use the virtual machine of websphere (I believe that is called J9) and I don't know if this VM has support to RMI technology.
