RMAN > skipping archive log file <string> already backed up 1 time(s)

I am trying to copy an Archivelog from ASM to File System, but I receive the following error message.

How can I used the force option to do this? I can't figure out the correct syntex. Please advise!

RMAN> copy archivelog '+FRA/CCPROD/ARCHIVELOG/2011_01_31/thread_1_seq_131491.678.741834671' to '/NEW_backups/backups/thread_1_seq_131491.678.741834671';
