RMAN Schedule task on Windows

Hi There,

I schedule RMAN backup on windows and create bat file and CMD file to achive this. I am able to execute the bat file manually to take backup but when i am scheduling it with Schedule Task, the task is running on schedule time but not performing backup sucessfully. ( That is finishing the task without completing the backup)

Am i have to do any modification before using Schedule Task. Kindly let me know.
