RMAN requesting old(deleted) archive logs after a full database backup

Hello guys,

Am kind of lost here.There is something that am missing.Would be great if you guys can point out to help me learn.

We are on 11GR2.I have been trying to restore a database on to a new machine.I have an RMAN backup with archive logs.

The current sequence number is 272.But when I 'Recover databse' RMAN is asking me for sequence 3.Sequence 3,I guess has been manually deleted and we don't have a backup of it.I have run Crosscheck to clear down the RMAN repository.It says validation succeeded for all available logs.

Sequence number 3-119 are missing(accidentally deleted).We have backups only from sequence number 134-272.When I run restore summary for a full database backup It is complaining about the missing archives.Am not really clear about what's happening.Would be great if someone can help me out.
