rman problem with dispatcher...

dear sir,

running oracle 10g db 10.2.0.1 on windows 2003 server.
i'm getting this kind of error while issuing the REPORT SCHEMA command;
i connect with rman using following command

rman target sys/oracle@10.10.10.2/test

it works fine.
but when i try to take backup or some other command it gives the following error.

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-12005: error during channel cleanup
ORA-19550: cannot use backup/restore functions while using dispatcher

please sir, help me to configure client server mode RMAN...
