RMAN & Netbackup

Hi there,

I'm looking for some advise on how to best use RMAN with Netbackup.

Should I use Netbackup to completely control the database backups? Do you lose any features this way e.g. incremental merge copies? Can you still clone/duplicate databases, are DBPITR possible?
By using Netbackup are you just introducing an extra tier, from where you can administer rman?

Or would it be best to control the backups using RMAN pushing the backups to tape.
Ideally I would like to keep the latest 2 days worth of backups on disk and spool older backups to tape.

Also any advise on vaulting and RMAN's catalog.

How are you using Netbackup/RMAN on your site?
Any info much appreciated!!!
