RMAN issue

Hi All,

I am getting the following prompt in my alert.log (windows 2003, db version 10.2.0.4)
"datafilecopy header validation failure for file 'd:\file_name';
This is been shown for all the datafiles, tried to find it on the web, yet to get any proper reply.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
