RMAN Issue

Hi Guys, I am trying to run RMAN on Oracle 10g on Windows 2003 and I am getting this error:

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ch1_backup_disk1 channel at 05/20/2010 14:55:44
ORA-19504: failed to create file
ORA-27040: file create error, unable to create file
OSD-04002: unable to open file
O/S-Error: (OS 3) The system cannot find the path specified.

Can anyone help me on how to find the solution?
