RMAN INCREMENTAL IS TAKING LONG TIME THEN RMAN FULL DATABASE BACKUP

Hi DBA's,

I have one question which was asked in my previous interview. The question is

RMAN Full Database backup is taking 3hrs to complete the backup and RMAN daily incremental backup is taking 10hrs.

He asked me reason why the database is taking such long time for incremental and also he has valid full database backup requied for next incrementals.
