rman.exe Application Error

I tried to start RMAN from windows server. Then I got this error message. A small form pumped out with message as:

The instruction at 0x003325f6"referenced memory at "0x0000009", The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program.

Is this server operating system error or rman.exe Application Error? How to solve it? Thanks.
