RMAN Error > Please assist!

I am receiving the following error during RMAN backup.

MetaLink and online search suggest to look at the file. Is "PRDOEM2.5950.1.670524106.A" archive log file? I am not sure the location of this file. The location "/backups/admin/PRDOEM2/bkups/" is where we backup our files at. This file is not there.

Can you help me figure out how to resolve this issue? Thanks!
