RMAN duplicate errors

Hi:
I was doing a 11g database clone on linux using rman duplicate. After runing 40min, it stopped and got the following errors. All the file permission are the same 777, one third of files have been copied.

ORA-27041: unable to open file
Linux-x86_64 Error: 13: Permission denied
Additional information: 9
