RMAN> delete obsolete recovery window of 3 days;

Hi Experts,

I need to understand the archivelog deletion when we launched the following command:

RMAN> delete obsolete recovery window of 3 days;

Does thss command delete the archivelog backup (taken by rman) and archive logs resides in database?
