RMAN> catalog archivelog for a directory

As far as I can figure the cataloge archivelog requires the path to the archvielog file that RMAN is to include. Is it possible to get RMAN to search through a directory and include all the files in that directory? Or do anyone have a small script creating all the statements for doing this on all the files in a directory?
