RMAN Bakup failure:-- URGENT PLEEEASE

Hi All,
I have attached the tail end of my RMAN Error stack.
I haven't faced this issue before.
Can Some please help me in sorting this problem,since im facing this in proction.

1.what causes this problem?
2.how to fix this.
3.how to i specify a smaller scn before in start incremental backup.
