RMAN backup problem

Hello

in my RMAN backup i get an error by

Starting Oracle Export utility.

[Major] From: ob2rman@HOST "SID" Time: 03/13/14 12:42:25

The database reported error while performing requested operation.

CONNECT ***

sqlcode 936

[Major] From: ob2rman@HOST "SID" Time: 03/13/14 12:42:25

Dump directory creation failed.

i didn't find any thing about this error how i can fix it.
