My plan is to take daily backups and transfer backups from flash recovery area to another remote location by creating script and execute it via crontab due to space limitation of database server. I assume that I can use any of these backups to restore database. And in order to achieve my purpose I am trying to find a way how I can make rman to use any of the backups taken in the past. Can you please advice?
