RMAN backup failed with below errors

Please suggest:-

I while executing the rman backup the below mentioned errors have been encounterd. The same job is running from past months with no issues.

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ORA_DISK_1 channel at 07/30/2011 03:00:48
ORA-19510: failed to set size of 6410 blocks for file "+RECOVERY" (block size=8192)
ORA-17505: ksfdrsz:1 Failed to resize file to size 6410 blocks
ORA-15061: ASM operation not supported [41]
