RMAN BACKUP COMMANDS

Hi,

Some discussion with my team mates. I want to know one thing.

TEAM_MEMBER 1 : RMAN takes backup of all allocated blocks

TEAM_MEMBER 2 : RMAN takes backup of only used blocks.

Is it possible ?

1) Any RMAN special command to take only used blocks backup ?

2) How to resume RAMAN backup ? (stop & start) ? - NO idead about this method.

DB VERSION : 11.2.0.4
