Hi,

We usually backup our archives through following command

RMAN > backup archivelog all delete input;

Some time it gives following error


RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03002: failure of backup command at 01/11/2012 21:29:15
RMAN-06726: could not locate archived log /s02/archives/1_55094_721782476.dbf

Recovery Manager complete.

when running
crosscheck archivelog all; and rerun the archivelog backup scripts, the backup started (This is obvious as control file get sink with archives information). Since we manually dont remove archives from the location through rm command and they automatically get deleted by RMAN on successful backup.

Now I'm doubltful about this archive weather this is backup to tape on not and want to chek this. I've tried following command

RMAN > list archivelog backup of 1_55094_721782476.dbf;
but this backup. I dont want to use other such commands as they will provide a list of archive log files that have been backedup and its difficult to get the exact information.

Now my question is can we some how find which Particular archivelog files are backup or not from query or command.
