I need to run the archived log every 7 hours and need to run 3 times a day. I would like to have at least one hour overlap.
1. will need to backup last 8 hours of Archived logs - is the syntax correct?
BACKUP as BACKUPSET tag '${RMAN_TAG_ARCHBACK}' archivelog from 'sysdate-(8/24)';
2. Need to keep 10 days worth of archived logs in FRA - is the syntax correct?
DELETE NOPROMPT ARCHIVELOG UNTIL TIME SYSDATE-10;
3. How would I set up a cron job that would run every 7 hours - every day. - Need syntax.
