RMAN and Tivoli

I am backing up an Oracle 9.2.0.5 database running on Windows using TSM. The rman log shows that everything finished successfully, but the TSM log shows errors and the cmd window stays open. So the Tivoli reports show the job as failed. Below are the error messages. Any idea how to prevent this?

12/11/2005 09:15:02 ANS1302E No objects on server match query
12/11/2005 09:15:02 ANS4994S DP Oracle Win32 ANU0599 ANU2602E The object \enterprise1_ora\orcnt\c-3605022492-20051211-00 was not found on the TSM Server
