RMAN-06091: no channel allocated for maintenance (of an appropriate type)

I Migrate and upgrade Oracle 11.2.0.4 database from Windows 2012R2 to Windows 2016 to oracle version 12.2.0.1 non-CDB . In new environment I don't have tape.

When I tried to delete obsolete RMAN backups, I got RMAN-06091: no channel allocated for maintenance (of an appropriate type) error.

How can I remove those rman information from controfiile ?
