RMAN-06004: ORACLE error from recovery catalog database: ORA-03114: not con

my version is Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
CORE 11.2.0.1.0 Production
TNS for 32-bit Windows: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
the error is RMAN-06004: ORACLE error from recovery catalog database: ORA-03114: not connecte
d to ORACLE i get this when i try to run report schema on my rman
