RMAN-04004: error from recovery catalog database: ORA-12154: TNS:could not

Hi,
Im getting this error on my veritasnet backup server where we scheduled backup by using RMAN TOOL before its going fine but from some days its faling and error is in .out file at my production instance is.

RMAN-04004: error from recovery catalog database: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name.

plz help me its PRODUCTION Issue.
