RMAN-03009: failure of backup command; ORA-19566: exceeded limit of ...

Hi, I'm using Oracle 10g, and using the Enterprise Manager I have built a backup Job, which runs every night. But since a few days get the following error message in the Output Log:

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ORA_DISK_1 channel at 02/05/2008 22:33:50

ORA-19566: exceeded limit of 0 corrupt blocks for file D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.1.0\ORADATA\ROBERTDB\SYSAUX01.DBF

It is every night the same datafile SYSAUX01.DBF, I get no output file. All other datafiles can be backuped well.
