RMAN-00600: internal error, arguments [8714] and [8201]

I am experiencing intermittent RMAN-600 errors in backup logs for databases of versions 10.2.0.4, 11.2.0.1 and 11.2.0.3. [8714] is reported only in 11.2.0.3 where as [8201] is found in both 10g and 11g databases. RMAN backups are scheduled to run from 11g Grid Control job. As per technical resource (Doc ID 412786.1) available, I tried following the workaround. It doesn't return error when executed manually (with or without executing "resync catalog"). These errors are reported only when RMAN backup script is scheduled to execute from 11g Grid Control. Anbody experienced similar issue and know the resolution to this issue?
