RightNow adapter fails to read CSF key

Hi All,

I am using SOA 12.1.3 version.I have configured a rightnow adapter and configured the CSF key under security-credentials on EM console.But while testing my RightNow adapter is failing with binding fault saying "username is not specified in UsernameToken" which means it is not able to get the CSF key during runtime.

Any comments on this?Is this a known issue or bus of SOA 12.1.3?
