Revoke grants made by a different user

Hi,

Could anyone help me with the best way to revoke grants on directories and packages made by a different user.

i.e. Is there anyway by logging in as sys that a number of revoke commands can be executed on objects where the grants were initially made by (e.g. joe bloggs)
