Revoke export

hi all of you

i create a user and grant dba to that user
now i want ot revoke export privileges from that user,, i first revoke full database backup
but he can export a user
mean <<<(1)E(ntire database), (2)U(sers), or (3)T(ables): (2)U > >>>>...........

how can i stop him to export the user or table
