(Reverse-) Geocoding as a Service in Oracle Cloud

Hello,
we would like to use "(Reverse-) Geocoding as a Service" that is tightly integrated in OCI. I wasn't able to find such a service. Are there any plans to establish such a service?
For example yuo should be able to issue requests like this:

{
   "Search": "SomeCity",
   "MaxResults": 5
}
