REUSE_DUMPFILES Parameter

Hi,

this my db version

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
"CORE 11.2.0.1.0 Production"
TNS for 64-bit Windows: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production

I am trying to use the REUSE_DUMPFILES Parameter which is compatible with my database version as the docs says(may be I got it wrong), but it is unable to identify the parameter

C:\Users\Administrator>expdp pos_uae_hq/SystemPassw0rd dumpfile=pos_uae_hq_dir:s

.dmp reuse_dumpfiles=yes

LRM-00101: unknown parameter name 'reuse_dumpfiles'
