Returns in iStore

Returns in iStore

I am trying to configure iStore such that we can enable returns via iStore. I have done all the prerequisite setup and while submitting Returns I am getting an Error 'Validation failed for the field - Return Reason'.

Could anyone please advise what setup/configuration is missed and has to be done to get out of this error,
