Hi,
There are many reconciliation events in our system and while analyzing I see the 'retry count=5' on the recon event in RECON_EVENTS table. Could you please clarify on below
1) If the Out of the Box ‘Retry Failed Reconciliation Events’ job is not running, will the retry happen ?
-- OOTB failed retry count system parameter is set to 5.
2) Say if the job is enabled and running. If it picks up a failed recon event 'RE_KEY=12345', after every retry will it generate a new RE_KEY in the RECON_EVENTS table or will it have the same RE_KEY ?
3) In our system, even when the job is not running I see many recon events for the same user on the same day ?
Any inputs will be appreciated.
