retrieving standard error description

hi there,

i' am looking for a forms built-in which gives me the standard error description for a given type and code.

eg "FRM-40010: Cannot read form %s."

somebody nows a way to ?

the sqlerrm(error) function allows me to retrieve the standard description of ORA errors.
