Retrieve users from LDAP for User Access List

hi,

Customer site: Webcenter content 11g PS5, WLS 10.3.6.0. Customer using AD Provider which is set to the first of provider in WLS and the Sufficient flag is set.

The issue is that we cannot retrieve users from the AD in the User Access List metadata field. We have searched forum and support to get info on how to configure UCM to retrieve users from AD, but without any luck. Do we have to do anything in the jpsUserProvider?

Today users is being retrieved from UCM user table, which require that users have logged into UCM at least once.
