Retrieve a specific field in HUGE CLOB field

Hi,

Can you please help me out on writing a query to pull a specific field in HUGECLOB column ?

Below is the data

M2AHDR~38585382~FLAP~AG~000001~~~TRL

TRANSHEADER~GA~FUNCTIONAL GROUP ACCEPTED~007326879~Mach-ACH~20161221~0031~1074~~820~8658818.36~.00~8658818.36~126~0~126

The highlighted field ( in red) is the value i need to pull . I pulled the data using the query

select DBMS_LOB.substr(column, 3000) from table

where trunc(RECEIVED_DATE)= '21-Dec-2016'

Since i am new to oracle , i am not sure how to pull the specific field from the CLOB column.
