retain trailing zero's after decimal

Hi,

i have a requirement to retain trailing zero's after decimal....

is it possible?

version: 9.2.0.7

example: select 150.200 from dual;
we will get 150.2 as output.

but i need 150.200 as the output...

how would i do this?
