Hi ,
Im very much new to APEX. currently we are on version 5.1.
Requirement
I have a EVENT_START_DATE, EVENT_END_DATE, and EVENT_ID_LIKE parent fields, child is a shuttle EVENT_ID_SHUTTLE cascading LOV on these three items.
1. I enter a new event like "BOOKS" and the shuttle shows all events like books I select a few and move them to the right side of the shuttle
2. I enter a new event like "PENS" but as soon as I enter the values in EVENT_ID_LIKE field to select a new unrelated event, the shuttle right side values disappear along with left hand side values, left side values are now showing only pens with right side being lost.
How can i retain the old selected values on the right hand side.
I've tried looking online and found two good examples.

where I want to retain right side values of shuttle item.
