Resubmission of requisition

I have an existing workflow in which the requisition is submitted to the approver and he decides based on a business logic to approve or reject.
Now i want to resubmit the requisition rejected by approver.
In the workflow how to resubmit a form which is rejected by the approver? What changes i need to make?
