Restricting LDAP BIND request to non-anonymous binds

Running Directory server 5.x on Solaris (SPARC) with SJSWS 6.1 SP6

anonymous binds appear to be a security issue... How can I prevent anonymous binds to the directory server??

along with this is the "allows null bases"

How can I resolve both these issues..
