Restricted Characters in Text Item

Hi,

I have a text item and use the “Restriced Character” setting in section “Security”

I selected "Blocklist &<>"/;,*|=% or -- and new line"

Is there a possiblity to add more characters like ' or ?

I'm using APEX 22.2 on a oracle 19c DB.
