Restrict Revisions, Restrict Deletes, Restrict Edits in WebCenter Content:R
In Records, can someone clearly define what these do: Restrict Revisions, Restrict Deletes, Restrict Edits ?
I need to be able to clearly state to my client how I make one category be Records only and another be for retention and records. It is my understanding that if I make a category that set each of these, Restrict Revisions, Restrict Deletes, Restrict Edits, to yes, then it is a records only category.
But if I allow any one of them or all of them then the category will allow for the retention of non-records and records. So how do i put a file into this category and mark it as a record?
