Restoring a hot backup to a completely seperate server

Hi all,

I've been given a complete hot backup containing datafiles, redo logs, control file and archive logs. I'm to restore this this hotbackup to a seperate server changing only the database name.

Can anyone send me a link to a site that'll give me detailed steps on how to do this (or better still, just list the steps in a reply).
