Restore, Recover, change DB Name with Already Installed DB SW only 11gr2

Dear Legends,

As I have a RMAN backup and I would like to do the following,

- Restore and Recover the Database from ORCL to TEST

- Imagine that already Database TEST is created using dbca

Now I would like to Restore the ORCL from the backup to TEST. Is there any standard documents for this scenario ? If not please help me on the overview of steps to perform the task.
