Restore from asm to asm on a new server

Hello all

I must migrate my database 11gr1 with 12T data in asm on a new server in asm.

I try to find the best way to optimize this migration.

Have you some experiences on migration on a big database ?

Restore rman from TSM, transportables tablespaces ..... ??
