Restore cold backup to another server

Hi

Oracle 10g and Unix

I want to copy a Oracle from machine A to B.

A and B have the same file structures, the only different is the host name and ORACLE_SID.

What is the best way to do this?

Should I just copy all the file image over or use rman to do a full backup and then restore on the new machine?
